Content Rights and Ownership

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Process your videos and audio files to provide the Service
  • Store your content in our secure cloud storage
  • Use your content only for the purposes of delivering the Service to you

We will not use your content for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Your Responsibility

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to upload and process all content
  • Your content does not violate any third-party rights
  • You have obtained all necessary permissions for voice cloning
  • Your content complies with all applicable laws

Pricing and Payment

Free Trial

New users receive 15 seconds of free processing time to test the Service.

Paid Plans

We offer subscription plans and pay-as-you-go options. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees according to the pricing in effect at the time
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Authorize automatic billing for subscription renewals

Refunds

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORCHESTRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
